Page Forbidden when accessing Page Defaults

Hi everyone,

help is needed. I've been having this issue in 5.7.5.1 and 5.7.5.6 versions, submitted it as a bug but as bugs very often get no feedback and are not always fixed, I have to ask the forum.

So, the problem is. When I go to Pages & Themes -> Page Types -> select a page type and click Output -> select a template and click Edit Defaults, I get "Page Forbidden/You are not authorized to access this page." Then I hit refresh and after page reload I get page defaults. Sometimes many refreshes are needed. Sometimes I have to click on the template thumbnail - in which case Defaults are open in a new window and click refresh there - and only then it helps.

After that, normally I can repeatedly access the defaults for the same template with no problems. However, as soon as I go to another template, issue reoccurs (Page Forbidden, refresh and again I can access it repeatedly). And so on - when I get back to the first template, again Page Forbidden etc.

Exactly the same situation I have in 5.7.5.1, just worse - there it usually takes more refreshes (and Page Defaults are always open in a new browser tab).

When recently I tried to customize/style my own Page Forbidden page (bootstrap/app.php + themes/page_forbidden.php), it was a total no-go: after that, Page Forbidden after clicking Page Defaults could not be remedied by repeated refreshes. I had to rollback.

the bug report is here:http://www.concrete5.org/developers/bugs/5-7-5-6/page-forbidden-whe...

NB: I don't have Advanced Permissions enabled on both sites in question. I am really wondering - am I the only one who's having these very annoying issues?

NB: This is a dupe ofhttp://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/5-7-discussion/page-forbi... and a result of a bug in C5 forums engine. I didn't post it twice.
