PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20151012/redis.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20151012/redis.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

This is probably because your php installation is defective/incomplete. Try changing php version.

I don't think concrete5 is your problem. I think php is your problem.

Who is your web host?

You may need to create a custom .htaccess file that specifies which version of PHP to use.
