Possible Multiple Form Bug?

Hi,

I have three forms created as global areas for ease of reference.

However, when submitted, the surveyname, url etc in the mail is always the details of the first form that I created.

The results are all correct though within the dashboard. But obviously the URL in the email confirmation is wrong.

Has anyone else experience this?
Is there a quick fix?

In the "form results" I just checked the actual records for each form, and it seems only the first form is being populated with submtted data.

Entries are being created for the other forms, but the data is empty.

BTW this has been applied to the core and will be a part of 5.7.4.
