Reinstall Elemental theme

I'm running a university course for web editors (using Concrete5.7) and on one site, one of my students removed the Elemental theme by accident. If I delete another theme that are in packages/themepackage I can just reinstall it but that is not possible with prebuilt ones. So, how can I get the Elemental theme back?
OK, I solved my problem by checking the pageTheme DB table from another site and added back the missing line about the Elemental theme. But the question is still valid and open for answers. Is there any way from within C5 to reinstall the elemental theme?
While testing a theme I am in the process of trying to design (slowly and with some hardship, I'm new to this CMS business) I removed the Elemental theme also.
Being able to get it back within C5 or not even being able to remove it in the first places is rather important I think.
