Ronyd Expanded Search Bar

Hello,
Although I've been a member what seems like ages, I don't get to use C5 very often and every time I do, everything seems to change to anextent, so I seem to have to do the learning thingy again!
I'm using the latest version 5.7.5.8 and I've a couple of questions.
1) After installing Ronyd Expanded Search Bar I can't seem to find it anywhere in the Blocks (left pane) when adding a Block? I can only seem to select the default search which comes with C5, is there a known issue with this as I've done various searches and can't find anything apart from something 2 years ago with someone using it and without an answer.
2) Auto NAV (why does this NOT just do a normal horizontal site navigation, instead of a vertical? if it does, where do I need to change it in the admin or code to make it display horizontally???

Thanks for your help I have sent a support ticket as there doesn't appear to be any documentation on how to implement it? so as far as downloading it and installing it on the project I have no idea how to implement it, to get it working..?

According to the description, you need to add the default Search block. Next, click on it, choose Design & Custom Template and apply the Expanding Search custom template.
Genius :-) I was in that bit and it didn't give me the options, but after I logged out the site and back in I had the bloody templates in a drop down so now I have it working :-) Thanks for your help
accodring to the description on the marketplace page (https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/ronyd-expanded-search-b... ) this add-on does not install a new block, but a custom template for the built-in Search block. So you need to add a Search block and then select the Expanding Search custom template.
Anyway, if you have any questions regarding the add-on, it's probably a good idea to ask first in the Support forum for the add-on:
