Site map, page search, page settings, add new content not working

Hello all,
I am using Concrete5 5.7.5.6 on a client site. I am facing issues with the site map not showing any content in the dashboard > sitemap section. No pages are listed for full site map, flat view or page search. Additionally, when logged in as admin and viewing a page the page settings and add new content buttons are not doing anything either. I am not getting any errors in the browser console or any entries in the log file on the server. I also tried clearing cache and logging and back in. Can anyone give me some guidance?

Hi bjprodney,

When did this issue start?

Did the issue start at the same time as any other changes, additions, or events?

Have you changed any permissions?

Hi MrKDilkington,
Thanks for responding.
I noticed it when i upgraded to 5.7.4. Initially I upgraded using the upgrade feature in the admin panel. That was when I noticed the issue with sitemap, page settings, as well as some errors popping up related to problog, opt-in free. I deleted the upgrade folder from the downloads folder, downloaded the most recent version of conrete5 from the site and replaced the concrete folder, then ran the upgrade via the upgrade url. I still had the errors regarding the problog, and opt-in free and found suggested solutions here on the forum to go into the db and delete the rows for those plugins, downloaded and installed the new versions. But still have the issue with the sitemap and page settings that I have not been able to figure out yet.

I am using Firefox 44, and just got it to work on the most recent version of Safari. So looks like a browser issue. I will contact the Concrete5 folks about a possible bug. Thanks again for responding.
