Stucco stucks http.exe in xampp win8 local install

Hi,
I am trying concrete 5 theme with stucco theme. Both are latest versions. After activating theme I cant access home page. When load home page it shows nothing and Appache gets restarted on my Localhost.

A would appreciate any help

I had this problem too; there's a solution that worked for me here:

The theme provider was very responsive and helpful, especially considering the cost of the theme!
