udate from 5.7.0.3 --> 5.7.1 Access denied

Attempting to update from 5.7.0.3 to 5.7.1
by doing
Backup DB
Rename the Concrete directory
Copy up Concrete directory from 5.7.1 zip
run /index.php/ccm/system/upgrade from your browser
Gives
"Access denied"
This worked like a charm updating from 5.7.0.3 to 5.7.0.4
Is this not possible anymore?
