Update Crashed My Site

I updated to 5.7.5.3 from 5.7.4 and now all I get is an error when I try to access any page.
It says: "An unexpected error occurred. Syntax error, unexpected end of file" Screenshot attached. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Could be an add-on or theme compatibility issue, I've had similar.

Goto: 'Dashboard - System & Settings - Debug Settings' and click 'Show the debug error output'. This might help find where error is coming from.

I tried that, but I get the same error when trying access the Dashboard. Can I access the logs another way?

Not sure if this is the one you need. Attached is the error log that is located at the root.

Do you have write permissions on the /updates folder?
