I have a temporary site setup to develop new site already hosted. I am at hostgator which has eliminated temporary site setup with changing the hostfile. They recommend using vhost which I have installed. When I start the loading it brings up the install page and everything is ok except for an error - Supports concrete5 request URLs and just keeps spinning. I have tried every remedy I could find but still not joy.

Does anyone have any ideas, suggestions, whatever so I can get concrete loaded. I am loading version 5.7
