Disable Auto Playback on Video Block

I am attempting to disable the auto playback feature of the video block on a site that I am working on. I have tried using an updated swf file and also edited the code in view.php to false for all auto instances. Not sure how I can get all of my videos to stop playing automatically. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance!
Lauren

Unfortunately it's not doable.

Please see my own answer to the same question I posted a while back.

Are there any players out there that play .wmv format that you know of? I am willing to use anything, just so I can get my videos running properly but without autostart.

Thank you!

I was able to convert all of my videos to mp4. I installed the flowplayer block and now I only get audio? The video is missing but the audio plays---is there something that I have done wrong? The mp4 files play find on my computer?

Just tried 'flowplayer' add-on with an mp4 and is working as expected.

How do you convert?

I used 'Miro'

FLV is seem to be used by almost all video-sharing websites and social networks like YouTube, Vimeo and Facebook.
