File block improvement

I need a block that allows a visitor to download a resumé. The file block in the core install will do this but I need to specify an image instead of a piece of text. Does anyone know if there is an existing block to do this?

You could make a custom template from the form block view.php and replace the text link with an image, you could use a scrapbook image, page attribute or an image from your theme directory.
