Image display with dynamic Text merge available?

Wondering if an add-on exists for this -
Combine a given list of quotes, text, with a set of images so the text is displayed on the images.
I want to be able to change the images and text. Control font, location on image and other attributes.

I don't know of a block that does *exactly* what you're asking for, but try the "Content Around Image" block:

It might get you 90% there (and it's free so no harm in trying).
