Restrict files viewed in the file manager

Hello

Is there a way to restrict the files, that are uploaded through a form block on the front end, to that entry? So that if the user tries to create another entry, that user would not be able to see the files uploaded in any other entry.

Thank you

I don't totally understand. By "create another entry" do you mean the user submits another form with an attachment?

Using the form block I create a project and I would like to be able attache multiple files to this entry and be able to edit this entry on the front end.
What would be the best approach.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

So you want the user to upload possibly numerous files using a form block, and afterwards the same user who uploaded those files can see them and remove them if they so please?

In my example I have created a form on a page to create a Project.
A project can have many documents associated with it.
When uploading files to a project, I need the user to only see files that are uploaded and associated with that specific project and not visible to any other projects that are being created or edited.

I've never done it before but I know its possible. Look into "Advanced Permissions" and 'File Sets".

There are no permissions for filesets in Version 8, so that would only be possible in Version 7 and earlier.
Not sure what version the OP is using....
