User Dashboard

Hey, i was curious if there was a users dashboard feature? I have tested quite a few content management systems along the way to here and i have seen some have dashboard bars at the header of the page or even when you sign in it has all your account information / private messages and so on in 1 page...is there anything like this at all available for concrete5? thanks in advance

Not sure if I get your question right, but did you you enable the public profiles? "Users and Groups", "Login & Registration"
