add layout error

Just gives a error:

I upped the php memory to 1 gig and still issues. No problem with this theme on localhost.

I had only tested layouts on my localhost server, so I uploaded the files and database to a spare domain on my live server to test the layouts again.
I cannot replicate this behaviour on the localhost or the live server?
