Anyone else experience occasional weird red/green bright squares when loading latest version of C5 in Chrome on PC?

My web-maintenance assistant, who uses Chrome on the PC, reported this yesterday... "Several times when I tried to load the website today, it did this (attached). If I reload it goes back to normal but it did this several times."
Anyone else having this issue? Anyone have any thoughts on what this is or would cause it?
