Automatically inserting Title when adding images to content block

It looks like, when I add an image to a content block, it adds the alt tag automatically. But I can't figure out how to get it to insert the title tag as well.

Is this a setting somewhere, or would it require custom code?

Hello,

After adding the image, select it, and then click on the image icon in the editor toolbar (it looks like a picture of tree), from here you should be able to set the title for your image.
