Beta Testing for Dummies

Installed the latest beta version on my website, got an error message. Turned on detailed reporting. Copied and pasted the message (attached; btw, the Copy to Clipboard button didn't work). Per the download page, made a Github account and was prepared to report it there when I ran into this message:
*Check these before submitting new issues*
- [ ] this is not a question
Questions should be submitted to https://www.concrete5.org/community/forums
- [ ] this is an issue that I tested with the development version of GitHub
Bugs of stable releases should be submitted to https://www.concrete5.org/developers/bugs/
- [ ] I describe all the steps to show how to replicate the bug
If all the above conditions are met, feel free to delete this whole message and to submit your issue with as much details as you can.

First, I can check two of the three blocks (I downloaded my copy from the site, not github). In that circumstance, where or should I report a issue?

Second, I'm not sure what the threshold is. I got my error message doing what I consider routine stuff: trying to add a page. When does it become too nit-picky? When a checkbox doesn't align in MS Edge?

Third, what do you want us code illiterates to do for you? I think we could be a handy pool of testers, given patience and guidance.

As its the v8 beta, you can report as an issue on github.
(There is no v8 selection on the c5.org bug tracker)
