New member and also new user to concrete5 however somewhat proficient developer..

I've been tasked with updating this website:

and upon attempting to edit the front-end I'm met with the attached screenshot.. I have little to no experience with C5 so any help would be greatly apreciated

I have attempted to style the elements within the bubble as they appear in the DOM however to no avail..
