C5 Responsive Fly Out Left Nav

Just wondering if anyone has had any success implementing something like this into c5:

Yes but not the entire theme. If you want to reuse the entire theme in different project, then you need to buy another copy of license.

Its a default C5 autonav. It doesn't have any custom template assigned. There are few js and css files which controls the features.
