c5spot.com not working

Does anyone know what's happened to c5spot.com, I have a few older sites hosted with them, and all of a sudden their site has gone down (as have the sites I have being hosted with them). I can't contact them (this is normally done via their website which is done). I've tried contacting them on Twitter too and no response. Any info would help here, I'm in a bit of a bind as I have some pretty ticked off clients!

Apologies for the downtime. We ran some updates yesterday and made a critical error in our resource allocation numbers that capped our boxes. We've made further adjustments and all is back up and %100 at this time.
