Cant access Addons in 5.8

Guys,
Guys, I've a few 5.8 sites on one server and none of them can access Extend Concrete5/Get more Addons where they see "No addons found" ??? On about 6 sites!
Any ideas please!

Are you getting any News Flow updates on your dashboard when you log in (latest blog posts, deal of the day, etc?). It seems that there's something on your server blocking the request to the marketplace. Are outbound connections blocked?

The HTTP 403 is a HTTP status code meaning access to the requested resource is forbidden. The server understood the request, but will not fulfil it.
Are you declaring an HTTPS canonical setting where the SSL certificate is not valid?
This could cause the server to deny the request for external connections.
HTTPS to HTTP and vice-versa would also cause this kind of behaviour.
What is one of your sites URL's so we can inspect the code.

The SSL Certificates are valid and the browser security inspector finds no problems, all resources are being served securely.
However, your cookies are not marked up as secure for some reason, I will see what info I can discover about the cookie secure and samesite settings for 8.5.2

No Ian, unfortunately I came up blank.
Talk to your server people, maybe they can find something in the server log files?

Hi Ian,
Let's try a couple more things:
1. Check with your host to see if the following PHP extensions are installed:
Fileinfo, Mbstring, CURL, ZipArchive
2. Another possible cause could be something in .htaccess file (Post your htaccess here in a .txt format)
3. Incorrect file permissions on your server.

Many thanks but the Add on access now works. My hosting company tweaked a few security settings which seems to have done it.

I'll try replicate on my end with the same version and setup, but I'll need a little more information. Will you both send your environment information to us? You can find the environment info for your Concrete CMS site on this URL: yourwebsite.com/index.php/dashboard/system/environment/info
