Developing LMS platform using Concrete5

Is there any possibility of developing an online training platform using concrete5?
I was wondering whether somebody would create an addon to the marketplace which can work as a complete LMS just like learnpress or learndash in wordpress.
It took me about half a year to develop a Job Search addon based on user feedback and taking the best from various sites. I'd say an LMS platform is much more complex than a job search app.
I'd guess a full blown LMS addon will take about a year to develop by 1 person or about 3 months for a team of 10. It's not a matter of zipping a bunch of addons.

What sort of features are you looking for?
Concrete has a number of ways to build a LMS, in conjunction with the right addons (if needed).

Would you please explain a little more? I believe many would be happy if we can dream of an LMS with existing addons in concrete5. If somebody could wrap them in a single addon and offer it as a comprehensive LMS platform, it would be great!
