eCommerce question: Shipping Modifier set up.

Hello all,

I am having an issue setting up shipping prices.

As you can see from the screen grabs below, in 'Settings', the starting rate is 50p and the Additional Cost per item is 50p. The shipping modifier for product X ' is £1.50. This should make the first item £2.50 and thereafter 50p.

If someone purchases, say, 10 of product X, this should make the shipping charge for the first one £2.50 and there after the rest at 50p - totalling £7 but it is charging the Modifier each time as well so comes out at £20.50. eCommerce is live and affecting my buyers.
This seems to be site wide, affecting all products. I am guessing there is simple solution to turning off the shipping modifier on multiple purchases, after the first product is purchased.

Can anyone help??

Thanks in advance.

Ry

This isn't the right area to post. I would suggest posting this question within the eCommerce support. You will get a quicker response!

Go to the eCommerce addon page here:http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/ecommerce/...

Then on the right side of the page you will see a bar. Click on support at the bottom of that list and make your post there.
