Error message with Google

I would like to improve my SEO with google and other sites.

I notice I have the following error from google:

URL restricted by robots.txt

How can I fix this?

My website iswww.www.clearlycleanwindowwashing.com...

Any other thoughts about improving my SEO would be appreciated. I'm learning as I go here.

I would suggest you enter more text content on the site, use images that are only images. Avoid any images that contain text. Read some blogs for seo or check on different SEO tips from other places found on the internet.

robots.txt file is there to avoid google index your concrete5 files, so if you havent messed around with it, dont.

yea, don't mess with the robots.txt, otherwise, you will get a ton of junk files referenced
