For those who are new and have no idea where and how to host. And don't want to spend money on it, there are many free hosters out there.

One I've found is pushing the ladder higher for cheap paid hosting sites.

What speaks for it:
- 7GB space
- 12x MySQL Databases and FTP Users
- DNS Forwarding
- no traffic limit
- no filesize limit
- ads can be turned on/off
What it can't do:
- hosting a chat
- PostgresSQL

You need to logon every month on both sites to save your site from getting disabled because of inactivity.

Anyway: I don't recommend that for commercial grade projects, which require fast, reliable servers, but for hobby or fun sites.
