HELP!! has anyone ever had issues with brower compatibility

I have a client their site is all completed it's been tested on macs and various pc's all OK yet their one does not show the edit button

How come? anyone one have any ideas need to get this running

by "does not show the edit button" do you mean, the Edit Page button in the upper left? The toolbar up top? The popup menu when clicking a block?

Also, what browser are they running, and what OS?

Having this info would making solving the problem a bit easier...

it works fine for me with all kinds of browsers..

it probably helps if you post a few more details like the browser version? don't forget that the ancient ie6 is not supported!

They are running yahoo through Explorer (can't tell me which version.. typical!)
in windows XP.
I think they must be running 6 then do you think that is the problem from the above?

ie6 is not supported and will never be supported. even google is going to stop ie6 support!

I think if you log into c5 with ie6 you'll see a messy toolbar where each button is on a new line...

hey remo...just wondering, do you have a link with info about google not supporting ie6? it would just be a nice supporting document for me when i try to explain to people how useless ie6 is...
