Hostgator php update has messed up all my website

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I'm sure others have had this happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh and hostgator support said, your site isn't compatible and will not give a refund.

Ive noticed Hostgator and Bluehost only have php 7 available. Im having to move sites to my server to upgrade. I can still run php any version above 5.2

Hostmonster only has PHP7.x as well.
As for upgrading...
That is exactly how I upgrade them, move them onto my server, run them up at PHP5.4, upgrade the core files, switch to PHP7.4 and debug the addon errors.
I also do some file version cleaning and database optimising as a part of the upgrade.
