yes, receiving your message, I remembered there was some kind of trick, so I did the operation again just for you !
When you submit the information in the first window, you may upload an image. As you probably understood, this one is not meant for the icon, but as an illustration of the "case" article.
Then, you click Next and .... you can see a button Done and "download flash player" ... you click on that: this will actually activate your flash player which I am sure in there on your browser. And then you have access to a good old application to upload and resize your icon image !
