How do I publish my site?

I have looked every on how to publish. I know it is probably somewhere really easy but I can't findit.

Help! youare the guru. I have built two sites now on Concrete and the second onehttp://www.lifeperks.net will no longer allow me to publish the changes. When I go to the website on another search engine it brings up the smae site it did just two days ago and will not change to the new "published" changes.

If you can get the page in edit mode, just hit publish from the edit menu when saving instead of preview.
when I type in the url I've created, it only brings me to my username and password sign-in - not to the published version for the public to see.

I have a question...So I was thinking of buying one of the deal of the day bundle but how will the upgrade or updates go if you have a new version of concrete 5? How easy is transition to new version? Will it keep original information? Also is it free? Also how good is your technical support in case I need help??

concrete5, the CMS, is free.
You can upgrade from within the application:

When I look at my site it still shows the default site!
In the Dashboard page I changed my Site Title but it only shows the correct title in Editing mode. I click Publish and it goes back to Site Title!?!?!?
