How to Edit Concrete without login details!!! HELP PLEASE

I have a real problem people. My website designers are no longer contactable and I have only limited access to the backend of the website that allows me to edit content etc. I need to now update contact details which are in the side nav menu on the home page and cannot find anyway to update it! I really would appreciate if someone could help. I have tried researching to find the solution and the only thing I think it could be is that the nav menu is part of the HTML and I have no access to it.

The website ishttp://www.boeingandwise.com

Thanks in advance

If you have access to the database you can edit the Users table to change the admin email address and then use the forgotten password link on the login page to reset the password.

If you want this done for you, send me a private message with the server login details.

@concreteowl's solution is one of many and usually the easiest.

There are others. All solutions (other than getting the info from your previous designer) require access to your web hosting account - to access the database or to upload a recovery utility.

No, not without looking at the theme and possibly the autonav templates.

Hey guys, I wrote an article that lists all the possible ways of getting access to your superuser account back in concrete5. I'll leave this here for future reference:
