How to restore my account?

Hi

Whenever I try to login on Concrete5 site I get this "This user is inactive. Please contact us regarding this account"

Can anyone help me with this? Also I'm not sure why I got deactivated.

Hi Franz,

Could you let me know how or if we can restore a user account? I see you said it was resolved, but I can find it.
