There is at least one missing forum whereby people can get help in using the concrete5.org web site, report issues with it and get help on the demo.
I am actually quite surprised that it does not exist.

Slack is a team chat, like WhatsApp or Telegram. Follow the instructions at the page I linked above, and you'll be able to chat with lots of concrete5 developers and lovers.
