image swap in content block

It used to be possible in the old version of C5 to have an image swap set.
Cant find this in version 5.8.
I can't use standard image block as want the images centred and butted together horizontally, plus i couldn't get the function to work anyhow!
Any suggestions most welcome, thanks.
