Index Search Engine: Invalid or Empty Node passed to getItem constructor.

While starting the automated job for updating the Search Engine index i get this exception: Invalid or Empty Node passed to getItem constructor.
Did anybody else get this error when updating the Search Engine index?
I tried to check the logs but nothing is written there. How can I solve this?
Please help me.
