As one who has very limited experience in web development, I would certainly fined it helpful if someone would write a tutorial that would employ hover over to explain the functions of various items in the dash board, preferably without andy anachronisms.
I envision a hover over that would pop-out a balloon with explanation of the component beings research over.
So often I am clueless about what is listed in a pane when it opens. The snippet should provide all the descriptive info necessary in a tutorial.
