legacy form and standard form for upload user file

Hi.. i'm in trouble

I used stamdard c5 "legacy form" to create a form that lets a user upload files, notifying it to a given email address. The only thing it miss was to specify in witch folder store the uploaded file

with 8.3.2 I do not have any more the "legacy form", only "form"... it works like the legacy one (but lets specify in witch folder store the file)

My big question is that it let's you not more choose the file to upload on your LOCAL pc, and shows only files in file manager !!! So a user cant upload files!!!

More in detail:
- c832 form gives the option to choose the "answer type": image/file (points on file manager)
- the legacy form gave the option: file upload (points on local pc)

Any suggestions ?

Thank you so much in advance
Michele

Hello,
That option is still there. After you add a field of type "Image\File" you select the Input Format "HTML input" and you can upload files from your computer

Also, legacy form is still available in 8.3.2. They wouldn't remove something that might be in use on thousands of websites.

Express forms are called "Form" and legacy forms are called "Legacy Form" in the block list
