Odd spacing issue with links or bold text

Hello, so I have this odd issue that only recently started happening. I was hoping maybe upgrading to 8.5.4 would possibly resolve the issue, but it hasn't. Here's the issue.

If there's a hyperlink or bold text within a sentence, the space before or after is removed when the page is saved. If I'm editing the page, it looks normal, but as soon as I save it or if I'm just looking at it, the space either before or after a hyperlink or bold text is removed. The only workaround that is working for me is to add double spaces and save it that way. If I'm editing the page, everything looks just fine! It's really puzzling. This page has a few examples of the issue in action. It is a site wide issue.

This has been going on for months. I installed Accordion Pro addon around the time it started happening, I'm not sure if there's code with that, that could be the issue or what!

Isolated the issue! I enabled the HTML Minify option in the Pixel 2 theme options a few months back and low and behold, that was causing the white-spacing issue with hyperlink. This issue is resolved as far as I'm concerned.

Does it only happen within content blocks?
What other blocks does it happen in?

It affects content and HTML blocks for sure. The Steps on that page are HTML blocks.

I created a video of the issue to help demonstrate what's going on.

Could be a theme issue. Goto pixel demo site and you'll see the text link has no spacing. Probably a css thing.

Holy crap, good catch! It totally is something with the theme. I tried switching themes back to elemental, same issue. However I then went to Extend Concrete5 and removed the theme there and checked the page again for spacing issues, there are now spaces! So I wonder what is going on with this theme? I will reach out to shahroq and see what he thinks. Thank you so much for taking a look! I'm not sure what triggered it, it only started being an issue a few months ago.
