Package Theme name change

Hi,
i'm new on concrete5 cms.
How do change the theme name and description on dash board.
Kindly find the image.

Inside of the theme folder there is a description.txt file. Change that and it will change what shows up in the dashboard.

clear your cache after doing the before.

yes, that also not working... i install the theme packages from concreate5.org...

Look in your /packages folder for the package that contains the theme.

After changing it re-install the theme, the data is stored in the Database.
