Pictures are uploading but arn't showing!

Hi Guys,

I have recently created a new website and everythings working find until i try to upload a picture. The file itself is uploading but instead of showing the picture it shows an X in the top left hand corner.

Would be greatful for any help. Thanks

The PHP sorry?

I am just using the normal upload file button on the site. Ive had no trouble with any other sites just this one
