RESOLVED "Reconnect to community" logins not accepted

UPDATE: The 2nd dev on the project was able to reconnect the site to his own account with no prob. Unfortunately we have been unable to determine the cause of this issue. Thx

1. While our client's site was in development (C5 v5.7) we were connected to the community through my dev account.

2. After launching http://burkedist.com it was/is no longer connected AND the system will not accept *any* known logins. We added the client to my Community account, but it made no difference. SEE 3 SCREEN GRABS ATTACHED

3. Need to reconnect so we can update add-ons because we've received notification of hacking attempts from WebHostingHub (a host recommended by Concrete5) so this matter is somewhat urgent.

4. We never lose logins (they are stored in a password file) and we have tried every known login (except 2nd dev's account :).

Any help is greatly appreciated.
