Script of the demosite ?

Hi everybody.
First of all congratulation for this great piece of software. I like it very much.
But - yes sorry there is a but... - when I tested the demo, I thought the first part of generating a subdomain during registration and the generation of "my" pages is part of concrete5 script...
Can I get somehow concrete get to work like in the demo section? Is this an extra package? Do you distribute it? This would something which in my opinion would put concrete5 to a unique position under all the cms systems around ...

Know-how on how to do this, as well as how to setup a centralized server with a shared code base for easy version updates, will be part of a c5hosting partner program that will launch in the new year.
