Search block not working, strange error when adding.

I can't seem to add a search block to my site. All the other blocks seem to be working properly but the search block won't add. It gives me the following error when I try to add it:
any ideas why this wouldn't be working? I also don't know where it is grabbing that "home2" portion of the code.
