Suddenly, I cannot sign in or log out of my website
Permalink
For days, I have not been able to sign in or log out of my website. I don't know how long that problem has been going on, since I often don't visit my website. I asked my web hosting company, and finally, their reply was:
It seems that the issue is related to the code of the application....
My web hosting company claims it is not their responsibility to fix this problem.
However, I have not touched the code. My website was built about a year ago, and since then I haven't made any changes.
My website was online and doing great, and then when I went to my website to glance at something, I noticed that I was automatically signed in, without actually being required to provide a username and password. My website is in edit mode, but I cannot effectively edit, or log out, or sign in.
It seems the public view of my website is edit mode. I have attached a screen shot to show what it looks like.
The theme is Newsprint.
Does anyone have suggestions on what the problem is and how I can fix it?
Thank you very much for your kind time and expert attention and help. I greatly appreciate you, very much. Have a safe and wonderful day.

Immediately after typing my forum question, I continued to work on the problem. I don't know how it happened, but suddenly, it was fixed. I was finally able to see the tiny little "sign out" at the bottom corner of the website. I had been unable to find the "sign out" since it was previously very big and in an upper corner of the website.
Thank you, and have a safe and happy winter!
