Where do i seek support and who could I speak with regarding TECH SUPPORT of purchased themes and blocks.
If you go to the Add-on or Theme page, you'll see a Forums area. You can ask questions there. Also, there's a support area, too. You'll see options on the right side of the page that you got the add-on or theme from.

The good page is using 'p' for the markup. The broken one is using 'dd' with css to display:block.
So you either need to change the markup, or change the css for the dd tag to wrap properly.

Thanks John, what's DD? reading your solution stating that "the good one uses <p>, I assumed the bad one is using H1,.... but what is DD?
dd is data display list.
