Text Editor not working in Content Block

HI everyone. I'm running latest version of C5 & have got my site structure laid out but when I went back in to try and add content to pages I get this message:

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /festival/index.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How do I sort this out?

what config entries do you have in the site.php?
