Hi,
I'm new at the 5.7, so sorry if this seems obvious. Is there a theme option feature exist at 5.7? somewhere that i can add a few options like accent color, address, phone,...?

This depends on what theme you're using. Some themes have empty areas where you can add the content yourself, and there's others that have a dashboard area where you can configure options on the theme.
Some settings are via the Page Design... button, Design, Customize.

And what PineCreativeLabs is talking about, c5 is very extendable, so a theme developer can create more advanced design functionality (or any kind of functionality), usually by adding a dashboard page that enables more customization of the theme. The video shows c5's built in functionality.
