Uninstall Problem with “ProBlog - 2.6.9”

Require assistance uninstalling “ProBlog - 2.6.9”. Unable to make Add-On work without an error or uninstall without another error (see below). Don’t know how to resolve and I don’t want to invest much more time. Please advise how to manually uninstall and which tables to drop from the MySQL database.
