every time I try to update adds on I get the following message:

The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:

* Unable to backup old package directory to /home/ititorg/public_html/1518.org/files/trash


ANY CLUE/PLEASE LET ME KNOW

Hey,
check if the directory "files/trash" is writable (chmod 777)!
